This candy bar is made with a coconut and maple syrup based shortbread and is topped with a caramel made only of dates. It is then hand shaped and dipped in homemade chocolate made of cacao butter, cacao powder and maple syrup. Grain/gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, and nut free.
