Mini Frittatas

Gluten Free Mini Frittatas made with organic pasture raised eggs and organic fillings. The fillings vary week by week, so please see my weekly newsletter for the available flavors. Example flavor: pasture raised cheddar cheese, beet greens, mushrooms, and onions (usually sautéed in coconut oil, but occasionally I’ll use pasture raised lard or butter). I generally sell them frozen, unless I end up baking them the day you pick up.
